You need to fill in the following dormitory application form: vpis-DD-prijavnica_za_sprejem.pdf. 

Then send it to the address:

3000 Celje, Slovenija   

You will be informed about the enrolment.

Together with the dormitory application form, you need to enclose the certificate of enrolment that you get at the faculty. This document validates your status as a  student.
